Sports & Performance
Amy is committed to supporting and empowering athletes and other individuals in performance roles, such as actors, dancers, musicians, professionals in management or high level executive positions, and public speakers. She draws upon her clinical expertise to help clients find greater ease and excellence in performance and competition, and clients are often able to reconnect with the original joy that led them to these endeavors in the first place.
